In 2005, I started my own online store using the Yahoo Ecommerce platform. What a BLAST it was for me to have my own website (my first) for selling products and shipping them worldwide. I ran that business up until 2014, when I decided to focus all my time on my own vintage ecommerce shop.

I started out selling vintage on Etsy in 2011. As sales grew,  I needed to expand so it was time for me to start another ecommerce website. Having had experience with the Yahoo Ecommerce platform, I wanted to find a different selling platform for my vintage shop. I spent time from 2013 to 2015 testing the various ecommerce platforms available. I gave each platform plenty of test time, and ultimately I decided on Shopify as the platform for me. After customizing my website, I opened the store to the public in May 2016 – and it’s been the BEST experience ever! I am 100% certain I selected the right ecommerce platform – Shopify is amazing!
