@vickyehrman - You can add subtitles to your videos.

Make sure to look at ALL the steps on that Help page - there are quite a few things you need to do. 

I have not personally created subtitles for videos before - it looked more involved than I had time for, so I never did that.

Another option you MIGHT want to consider at some point is creating a slide show with text descriptions on each slide, then turn each slide into a slideshow video. That way, you've added the text directly to your image slides. Obviously a slideshow is not the same as a video of you working, but just mentioning it here as an alternative.
