SHOPIFY UPDATE - REQUEST THIRD-PARTY APP SUPPORT ON MOBILE
Now you can send support requests to third-party app developers directly from within the Shopify mobile app.
Requesting help is now easier and more convenient. Simply click the ellipsis - the three little dots - to the right on the app name and click Get support to submit your support request to the app developer.
