[SHOPIFY UPDATE] - Shopify Chat
Connect with your customers and help them find products they'll love.
After you set up Shopify Chat, customers can start a conversation with you from any page of your online store. You read and respond to messages on your iOS device in Shopify Ping ( https://help.shopify.com/manual/promoting-marketing/ping) In your conversations with customers, you can also share products and discount codes, and send draft orders to help a customer check out quickly.
Shopify Chat is available to all online store visitors. Customers browsing your store can click a button to start a chat with you in the browser window.
