Q3 2017 Financial Results Conference Call
In case you are interested in listening to today's Shopify Conference Call.
PERSONAL COMMENT (forgive me if this is overstepping)...
- I can honestly say - as a 6-year Etsy shop owner, after being with Shopify for 18-months, I have no doubt which is the better platform for me.
- Shopify really CARES about their customers - US, the store owners - and they are doing everything they do to help our businesses succeed.
- Etsy seems to think OUR customers are their customers. They seem to miss the concept that WE are their customers. And to me, it is clear that Etsy does not have the seller's best interest in mind, nor do they know how to even successfully run their own business.
- I personally am thrilled to have a website on Shopify, and to have the opportunity to work with Shopify, and to work with all of you with your websites.
