This Forum is for you, as a Shopify merchant, to ask questions and find answers about running your website.

My name is JayDee - I am the administrator of the Forum and am here to answer questions and help you make your Shopify website a success.

NAVIGATING

MAIN MENU

The Forum's top menu includes links to:

• Forums - Click this Menu to return to the Forums Home Page
• Members - Click to see a list of our members
• Recent Posts / Unread Posts - Click Recent Posts to see any new posts since your last visit, click Unread Posts to see any posts you have not yet read
• Your Profile - Click to see your Profile and to make changes, when needed
• Login/Logout - Click to Login or Logout
• Search - Click in the Search box, type a keyword or phrase you need help with, and press [ENTER]. This Search box only searches within the Forum. There is another Search box over in the right sidebar that you can use to search the website (everything outside the Forum)

BREADCRUMBS

• Use the Breadcrumb links beneath the Main Menu to navigate your way back to previous views. 
• Click the Home icon to return to the home page of the Forum.

FORUMS AND SUBFORUMS

• The Forum is organized into  (1) Main Forum Topics (dark grey shaded bars), with appropriate (2) Subforums (light grey shaded bars).
• Beneath each Subforum are the (3) Topics discussing that topic.
• From the Home page of the Forum, you can click on the Subforum you're interested in, and then explore the topics in that forum. 
• Each Subforum shows the total number of Topics and total number of Posts (threads for the Topics). Just click on a Topic that you want to read, and you'll see the entire topic, along with any replies or additional posts about that subject. 
• Topics with a green push pin have been "pinned" to that Subforum for quick future reference. 

FORUM STATISTICS

• At the bottom of the Forum page, is a Forum Statistics box. 
• In this box, you will see the total number of Subforums, total number of Topics and Posts. You'll also be able to see the total number of members online at any given time, as well as how many members are in the Forum.
• This box also shows you the Latest Post with a link to that post, Newest Member (with a link to that Member Profile), and has links to Recent Posts and Unread Posts. 
• The key at the bottom of this box explains the various icons you will see within the Forum. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

NEW TOPICS

• BEFORE you create a new topic,please SEARCH the Forum for the topic you are looking for - chances are that topic has already been discussed.
  
• If you find a topic in the Forum that you want to participate in, please add your comment or question there. This helps keep the Forum organized AND makes it much easier for someone searching for help in the future. Just click the Reply button to add to the existing thread.
  
• If the topic you need help with or want to discuss is not listed, please first go to the appropriate Subforum, then click the Add Topic button within that Subforum. 
  
• If you are not sure which Subforum to add your new topic to, please add it to the Assistance Needed Subforum. That is the BEST place for most general questions.
