EVERNOTE
This free tool isn't exactly a tool for Shopify - rather it's a tool for life!
Evernote is an incredible tool to help you organize every thing in your life. It allows you to save website, articles, videos, graphics, calendars, to-do lists and SO much more!
I have been using Evernote for many years now. I love that I can access it on my computer, on my iPhone, my iPad, or any other computer I happen to be using.
I use Evernote to jot down notes of ideas I want to remember and implement later. I use it to save graphic or meme's I want to revisit. I save practically everything to Evernote! I also use Evernote with Pocket (another free tool I mentioned here in this channel months ago).
Pocket is linked directly here to our Slack group, so if you have a Pocket account, you can save posts from our group directly to Pocket (just click the ... in the upper-right of the post and choose Save to Pocket). If you need to organize those saved notes further, you can use Pocket with Evernote (here's how https://blog.evernote.com/blog/2015/02/06/paperless-productivity-evernote-pocket/ ).
These two tools are invaluable to me. I thought you might like to take a look at this tool to see if you find it helpful for your business.

@jaydee Could you explain a little bit about Evernote. It seems to me because it is cloud based that when my sister deleted something on Evernote off of one devise, it was then lost on all of her devises. I just checked out something about Evernote and it said information CAN be stored on your hard drive, too. Have you found that you've lost any important info that you needed while using Evernote?

You are correct. Evernote is synced across whichever devices you specify. Your Evernote account is ONE account that can be accessed in various ways. If you delete something, it's gone. Much like if you access your Shopify website via computer and via your phone or tablet - if you deleted a product from your store, regardless of which device you used to do it, that product would be gone.
I have not lost anything I've stored in Evernote.
